  My wife and kids have shopped here for years, so I figured that I'd try it out. Found some great deals on clothing and love that it's locally owned but found the staff to be impatient and that I was inconveniencing them. I'll definitely be giving it another try.

  Worst customer service experience to date. The girls working were so unapproachable and cold. I dropped off a bag of clothing and all 3 of them looked at me like I had ruined their day.It was my first time using Plato’s Closet and I think it’s a neat idea, but I’ll go to the Edmonton or Calgary locations for a more welcoming customer experience next time. Won’t be coming back to Red Deer’s location.

  The girls working here are not friendly or personable. They are not dressed appropriately for a workplace, let alone a clothing store. I like the new infrastructure and the selection is good. Pricing still remains extremely affordable, and this is what keeps me a repeat customer, just wish I didn't have to be glared at for walking in the door....

  This store is great, good supply of mens clothing, and great prices. I like the idea of this store and the staff are super amazing.
